Andrea Lyn Bergenham

Andrea Lyn Bergenham, age 57, of Niles, was called home to heaven Tuesday, June 30, 2026, after a courageous battle against cancer and kidney disease, surrounded by family.

She was born October 1, 1968, in Michigan City, Indiana to James Noveroske and Donna (Bryant) Taylor. She spent her youth in Enterprise, Alabama, and Michigan City, Indiana, where she graduated from Rogers High School in 1987. She went on to proudly serve her country in the U.S. Air Force until 1992. In 1994, she graduated from Indiana Business College in Muncie, Indiana.

Andrea worked at Meijer for a number of years, where she met her future husband, Stephan Bergenham. They married in Yorkville, Illinois, in 2003 and later proudly welcomed two daughters, Gabriela Bergenham (2005) and Ericka Bergenham (2006). Andrea was a devoted wife and mother who loved her family deeply. She never missed a work dinner, game, or any chance to be there for the people in her life – especially for her daughters’ friends. Andrea loved unconditionally and shared that love everywhere she went. She was a dog-lover who treated her pets as part of the family.

Later in life, Andrea discovered a passion for reworking and restoring furniture, remaking discarded items into beautiful pieces of art. She was a die-hard Alabama football fan (Roll Tide!), Detroit Red Wings fan, and a loyal supporter of all the kids in Brandywine (Niles) sports programs. Andrea was a hard-working, driven, passionate woman who never gave up on anything. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, and aunt who made a lasting impact on every person lucky enough to be in her life.

She is survived by and will be lovingly remembered by her husband of twenty-three years, Stephan; daughters, Gabriela (Abby), Ericka; mother, Donna; brothers, Mark (Kristi) Noveroske, Kevin (Amber) Prueter; and her nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will gather to celebrate Andrea’s life on a date and at a time to be announced.
