Julio Sanchez

Julio C. Sanchez, 70 of Niles passed away on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at Lakeland Hospital in Niles.

Julio was born on May 22, 1947 in Puerto Rico to the late Pasquale and Lisa Concepcion Romero Sanchez.

Julio is survived by his children; Benjamin, Miguel, Michael, Adrian, Emilio and Julio all from the Michiana area. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren, his sisters, Olga Sanchez Concepcion, Margarita Sanchez Concepcion and a brother Eligio Sanchez Concepcion as well as many nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.

Julio was a Supervisor for Miles Labs in Elkhart. He was very social and enjoyed rebuilding cars and bartering.

Visitation for Julio will be held on Saturday, March 3, 2018 from 3pm – 7pm at Halbritter Wickens Funeral Home 615 E. Main St. Niles.

Burial will take place at Silverbrook Cemetery at a later date.
