Kathryn Mayberry

August 19, 1944 — November 22, 2020

Kathryn A. Mayberry, 76 of Niles passed away on Sunday, November 22, 2020.

Kathryn was born in Niles to the late Milton and Edwina (Kujawa) Egmer.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Larry and brothers, Jim, Tom and Eugene Egmer and her sister Margaret.

Kathryn is survived by her children; Thomas Ford, James Williams and Nicole Strode, her step-children; Stephanie Gray and Christopher Mayberry as well as 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.  Kathryn is also survived by her siblings; Pat Tally, Sue Null, Kenneth Egmer and Robin Franklin.

On May 6, 1976 Kathryn married Larry Mayberry who passed away in 2017.

Kathryn worked for almost 35 years at Amerigas as their Office Manager.

Kathryn was a member of St. Mark’s Catholic Church.  She enjoyed going to Las Vegas and spending time in casinos.  Kathryn found comfort in the beauty of her flower garden.  More than anything else, Kathryn loved her grandchildren and the time she was able to devote to them.

In keeping with Kathryn’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of life will be at Milton Township Hall, 32097 Bertrand Street Niles, Michigan, on Saturday, April 24, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Please RSVP by Saturday, April 10, 2021 by emailing
