Marie Dorthea Miller Sibley, age 91 years of Dowagiac, Michigan died on Sunday, August 30, 2015 at The Timbers of Cass County in Dowagiac. She was born June 3, 1924 in Lansing, Michigan to Harold William George and Emilia (Rogham) Sack. She had lived in Red Bluff, California and Phoenix, Arizona before returning to Michigan. Marie enjoyed needle point and yarn crafts and made many special gifts for her family.
In 1954, Marie married Otis Miller, who preceded her in death in 2001. She was also preceded in death by two siblings.
Marie is survived by her daughters, Cheryle Miller of Chico, California and Cynthia (& Gerald) Darling of Elkhart, Indiana; sons, Kenneth Miller of Cassopolis, Paul (& Sheila) Miller of Dowagiac and Terry Sibley of Phoenix, Arizona; seven grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and two siblings.
The family will gather privately for services. Donations in memory of Marie may be made to Heartland Hospice.
