Paula Watson

Paula Sue Watson passed away on February 17, 2017 in West Woods of Niles.
Paula was born on August 18, 1942 in Alma, Nebraska to Pauline (Huff) and Forest Watson who preceded her in death.
She is survived by son, Robert (Catherine) Hernandez, of Cypress, California; daughter, Zara Watson of Belgium; granddaughter, Isabel Hernandez; brothers, Tannis Watson of Niles, Michigan, and Richard Watson of Tustin, Michigan.
Paula grew up and lived most of her life in Southern California, moving to Niles in 2005 after retiring from Fountain Valley Hospital after 31 years. She graduated from Lakewood High School in Lakewood, California in 1960 and Long Beach City College. She loved traveling, gardening, butterflies, and friends gathering at her unique dinner parties. She was a classy lady, with an infectious smile, and was loved by many. She will be missed.
In accordance with her desires cremation has taken place and a private celebration of life will be held in the near future. Halbritter Wickens Funeral Services are assisting the family with arrangements.
