Shirley Skinner

Niles – Shirley L. (Salisbury) Skinner, 82, passed away at 10:29pm on Saturday, April 7, 2018 in St. Joseph Regional Medical Center.

Shirley was born July 18, 1935 in Buchanan to the late, Harold and Marie Salisbury. Shirley was also preceded in death by a brother, Bill Salisbury; and sisters, Irene Bell and Audrey Salisbury.

On June 18, 1955 in Niles, Shirley married Richard L. Skinner. He survives along with daughters, Shelly Skinner and Rhonda Skinner; and grandchildren, Justin Youngs, Anthony Soos, and Daniel Soos.

Shirley was a bookkeeper at Dun and Bradstreet. She was also a volunteer at Memorial Hospital.

A Memorial Service will be celebrated at 11am on Monday, April 16, 2018 in Halbritter Wickens Funeral Home, 615 E. Main St. Niles, with visitation one hour prior to the Service.
